Program Manager
RiverSide Electronics is actively seeking a team-oriented and highly motivated individual to work in Customer Service.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead RiverSide Customer Team
- Coordinate all Customer activity including: Proto-Types, New Product Introductions, Engineering
- Changes, Forecasting, Quotations
- Initiate Cost Reduction Efforts
- Manage Customer Relationship
Qualifications:
- 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Electronics background desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Access)
- Previous experience with MRP systems
